This program is designed to help your player to gain more confidence skating with the puck, being aggressive on the attack and becoming a more dominant player during battles!
Over 90 minutes athletes will work on the following skills
30 minutes - Stride Technique, Advanced Edges, Conditioning
30 minutes - Stick Handling, Shooting, Passing
30 minutes - Angling, Battle Drills
